What's Included
Creative reflection activity
Energy mapping exercise
Mindfulness tea practice (led by Sandra Benn from Chiya & Chai)
Practical tools to build your business around your energy cycles

What You'll Take Home
You'll leave with practical tools you can use immediately:
✅ A clear energy map showing what energises versus drains you in your business
✅ Your personalised action plan with 3-4 specific changes to implement in 2026
✅ An understanding of your energy rhythms so you can schedule tasks strategically
✅ A completed workbook with reflection questions and planning templates to revisit throughout the year
