Energy Mapping Workshop for Creative Business Owners

£25.00

You didn't start your business to burn out.

But here you are, exhausted, overwhelmed, and wondering if you can keep going like this. What if instead of better time management, you learned to work WITH your natural energy rhythms, not against them?

What's Included

  • Creative reflection activity

  • Energy mapping exercise

  • Mindfulness tea practice (led by Sandra Benn from Chiya & Chai)

  • Practical tools to build your business around your energy cycles

  • Workbook to take home

  • Small group setting (max 8 people)

What You'll Take Home

You'll leave with practical tools you can use immediately:

A clear energy map showing what energises versus drains you in your business
Your personalised action plan with 3-4 specific changes to implement in 2026
An understanding of your energy rhythms so you can schedule tasks strategically
A completed workbook with reflection questions and planning templates to revisit throughout the year
Community connection with other creative business owners who understand the challenges you face
